Go Local Artisans 100 Founding Maker+ Pre-Launch Terms & Conditions

 
1. Promotion Overview
The “100 Founding Maker+” designation is an exclusive, limited promotional offer restricted strictly to the first one hundred (100) qualified and approved artisans (the “Founding Group”) accepted during the Go Local Artisans pre-launch application window.
 

2. Fee Structure & Commission Exemptions
    • Commission-Free Sales: Approved members of the Founding Group retain one hundred percent (100%) of their gross sales revenue generated natively through the Go Local Artisans marketplace platform. Go Local Artisans takes a zero percent (0%) marketplace platform commission.
    • Payment Processing Fees: All transaction processing is securely handled by Stripe. All marketplace sales remain strictly subject to standard Stripe credit card processing fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 per transaction, subject to change by Stripe). These processing fees are deducted automatically by the payment gateway at the time of sale and are not collected by Go Local Artisans.
    • Zero Hidden Fees: Go Local Artisans guarantees there are no hidden listing fees, transaction overheads, or administrative surcharges applied to 100 Founding Maker+, Monthly Maker or Maker+ annual accounts.

3. Promotional Credit & Auto-Renewal Policy
    • 1 Free Year Access: Upon manual application approval, members of the Founding Group will receive an exclusive, single-use promotional code redeeming twelve (12) consecutive months of premium vendor platform access entirely free of charge.
    • Payment Method Requirement: To prevent fraudulent bot registration and secure a designated storefront partition in our database system, a valid credit card or accepted payment method is strictly required at the time of coupon redemption via WooCommerce checkout. Your account balance due today will show exactly $0.00.
    • Automatic Renewal Authorization: By redeeming the promotional code, you explicitly authorize Go Local Artisans to automatically renew your platform membership exactly twelve (12) months from the initial date of coupon redemption.
    • Standard Annual Rate: Unless canceled prior to the renewal date, your account will automatically cycle into a paid premium Maker+ annual membership billed at our standard, locked-in foundational rate of $77.77 per year.

4. Cancellation Rights
You retain absolute control over your subscription profile. You may cancel your membership at any time during your 12-month free trial period directly through your vendor account dashboard dashboard settings, or by submitting a formal request to support@golocalartisans.com. Cancellation will terminate future automated renewal billings immediately, allowing you to finish out your remaining free time frame without charge.
